DIVIDER

The Devider is the type of block used to divide various content sections on the page.

Dividers serve several important purposes and can be used in various contexts by you. Here's a list of why dividers are important and what you can use them for:

  1. Visual Organization: Dividers help organize content visually, improving readability and reducing clutter.

  2. Guiding Focus: Dividers direct user attention and guide navigation by creating clear visual breaks between sections.

  3. Content Differentiation: Dividers distinguish between different types of content, aiding in comprehension and navigation.

  4. Structural Clarity: Dividers assist in structuring layouts and pages, enhancing clarity and usability.

  5. Highlighting Important Information: Dividers can highlight important information or actions, improving user engagement.

  6. Aesthetic Enhancement: Dividers contribute to the overall design aesthetics, adding visual interest and balance.

Now that you understand the benefits of dividers in web design, let's take a closer look at how they're implemented in practice. Below, you'll find an example of a webpage layout where dividers play a key role in enhancing organization, readability, and overall user experience.

Style Your Deviders!

The default colour is light gray, just like the one below.

But, you can change the divider's colour using the selector, the HEX code, or the RGB values.

Just like all available blocks, the divider can also be displayed full-width or half-width.

Dividers are also a great way to visually separate and delineate content when using multiple columns on a website. By placing dividers between columns of text, you can effectively divide the content and maintain clarity and readability for the users. This approach helps users follow the flow of information across columns without causing confusion.
